Chapter 13: VBA Coding- Hyperlinks UserForm

      The Hyperlinks UserForm collects all the record names inside a folder inside Windows Explorer and displays them in a column, activated so that when double clicked the document or template opens in a separate window. When working within Access, this feat is easy- one simply has to collect the record names, place them inside a table with a hyperlink field/column and they automatically become active as hyperlinks. In Word, this process is slightly different- you have to take the name and then use code to open said document separately as if it were a hyperlink.

            The other part of the UserForm that's important is to allow the user to select the actual folder of interest if the default folder does not hold the needed record.
